台大校長遴選風波還未平息，教育部因「拔管案」被批為干預大學自主，現在更傳出連遴選委員也陸續遭北檢約談。國民黨今(23)日召開記者會，總召林德福說，民進黨政府讓北檢約談遴選委員的作為，這是比白色恐怖還要白色恐怖，現在蔡政府的操作就是用司法作為打壓(異己)的工具，他也呼籲司法人員不要成為民進黨打手。

台大校長遴選委員近日傳出遭到檢調約談，而且是用電話約談，沒有書面通知，而被約談的地點不在北檢辦公室，是在行政院洗錢防制辦公室，引發爭議。

黨團書記長李彥秀批評，政府透過司法介入就是要遴選委員屈從，重啟校長遴選，民進黨在拔管的用心用意讓人訝異，民進黨若是可以將拔管的心力來治國，台灣一應會更好，但政府卻只會用黑手、髒手拔管，犧牲台灣國際學術聲譽。

立委柯志恩說，北檢對台大校長當選人管中閔的調查，是因為外界有人告發管赴大陸兼職，涉及洩漏國家機密，但是經調查後，需要調查的理由已經不存在，現在又找遴選委員來說明，既然有證人就應該有被告，那現在被告是誰？這到底是要達到什麼目的，蔡政府要說清楚。

立委蔣乃辛說，民主法治曾是台灣最自豪的事情，但現在人民卻活在恐懼之中，台大雖然享有大學自治，但是校長遴選過程中台大的自治權在哪？現在還用北檢調查遴選委員，這是破壞台灣的民主法治。

立委吳志揚表示，即便要傳續證人，也不該用口頭這種偷偷摸摸的通知，要用書面方式詳細記載事件緣由等等，即便管中閔赴陸授課，但有涉及刑責嗎？如果沒有怎麼會有刑事證人出現？他認為理由就是「莫須有」的罪名，讓這些遴選委員心生恐懼，退出遴選委員會，讓新的遴選委員會選出符合「蔡女皇」心意的台大校長。
