準行政院發言人Kolas Yotaka（谷辣斯．尤達卡）今(14)日遭爆出過去曾酒駕遭判刑，Kolas也出面承認並呼籲大家都不要發生相同錯誤。國民黨團書記長曾銘宗對此表示，如果未來政院要回應酒駕相關情事時，發言人該怎麼回應？所以他認為Kolas已經不合適發言人一職。

曾銘宗說，民進黨政府在用人時都沒有仔細審查，或是了解其相關背景，任用標準都是用顏色或是派系為位置分配準則，這次改組整體來看就是為了派系利益，沒有用專業考慮。

曾銘宗表示，要指派一個重要的政府職務應該先進行了解，酒駕之類的情事都是可以調查得出來，但民進黨政府都沒有去調查，作為政院發言人這麼重要的角色，他認為Kolas並不合適，如果未來政院要回應酒駕相關情事時，發言人該怎麼回應？

曾銘宗質疑，政府應該可以再找出更合適的人選，還是民進黨政務人才如此缺乏，找不到更合適的人選嗎？
